Clan shops allow a clan to purchase and place up to 3 shops in the world.
Any clan member can consign items to a shop keeper for sale. Proceeds go
directly into the clan's funds. Only the clan leader, number1, and
number2 (top leaders) may remove items or change prices.
New commands:
clanshopbuy - (leader) purchase a shop slot for the clan
clanshopplace - (leader) place a purchased shop in the current room
clanshopremove - (leader) remove a placed shop from the world
cslist - list items for sale at a clan shop
csconsign - any member: give an item to the keeper to sell
csprice - (top leaders) change the price of a consigned item
cstake - (top leaders) remove/retrieve a consigned item
